Halloween

Its getting around to that time of year again.....Halloween. But don't worry as I have been out and about and have got you some tips on party things, pumpkin carving as well as some recipes for you all to enjoy, which will be my theme running through out October.

First thing is first pumpkin carving

1. 
   
   Using a black marker, draw the area you want to cut to create the pumpkin's face.
2. 
   
   

   Carefully cut a disc from the top of the pumpkin with a sharp knife to make a lid.   
3. 
   
   Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard.
4. 
   
   Using a small carving knife, cut along the lines, holding the pumpkin steady with your other hand.
5. 
   
   Place a tea-light candle inside and light, then replace the lid.

Warning: NEVER leave a candle un-attended.
